Disorder rules in energy legislation, in long term plans and strategies, in incentives for spreading clean energy technologies, in subsidizing gas or district heating prices and even in supporting efficient energy use. The aim of the Control Energy Project is to highlight the deficiencies in state organizing and decision making and to encourage the search for possible solutions.
